I like storylines more than still images. I like the scenario of being stuck, perhaps even forced to be a girl. If you can include sci-fi that's a plus.
I'm always a big fan of identity theft, possession, etc. Maybe throw in an element of a man being jealous of a woman, like a husband and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, etc.
